Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning Administrative duties: clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance and collecting payments, maintaining a clean environment Handle patient appointments and routine examinations to support positive health outcomes Discuss healthy lifestyle choices, perform diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat illnesses, and coordinate with other health professionals for a comprehensive plan of care Encourage patient participation in their health and well-being through health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management Required Qualifications
Holistic, evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, counseling, and disposition planning, including pregnancy prevention and STI prevention/safer sex education Order and administer immunizations (e.g., COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Pass a FIT test and wear respirator when required Preferred Qualifications
Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic if less than 1 year of work experience Epic experience Education
Master’s Degree as Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State license to practice as APRN Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with current National Board Certification and State license to practice as PA Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46.03 - $99.14 per hour. The actual base salary depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay. Benefits
