. Specialty tools are provided within our shop, however, interested technicians should expect to come on day one ready to perform with their own tools. WHAT WE OFFER: Flat Rate $4,000 - $6,000 Monthly (DOE)
Full-Time schedule Monday - Friday
Shift 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Receive and perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards; document work performed
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform needed repairs
Communicate with various staff regarding parts, additional/removed work, and deadline constraints
Save and tag parts that are needed for warranty
Attend factory training programs and video and/or internet training in-house as requested
Road test vehicles to check work performed and state mileage-out on repair orders
Ensure customers' cars are kept clean, using floor mats and seat protection
Maintain a neat and orderly workstation, pick up rags and other debris
Be a part of a fast paced, motivated team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred
Obtain and maintain ASE Certification within 4 years or per management's discretion.
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
Strong organizational skills and patience
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
Work well under pressure
Possess good reading and writing compensation
Must be able to effectively communicate in all manners (verbal/written), and with teams from all departments
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle
Valid driver’s license
A willingness to learn and grow
