DSI is growing, again! We are hiring Rover and Part Time Security Officers in Suffolk, VA. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and knows that its biggest asset is its employees. Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards. Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, as well as post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. Perform routine foot patrols, handle moderate lifting, and work in all-weather conditions. Qualifications
Customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills, and effective written and oral communication skills. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license is preferred; reliable transportation and means of communication required. Must pass all required background and drug screenings. Shift Information
Rover position: Sunday – Thursday 05:00–13:00. Part-time position: Friday and Saturday 09:00–17:00. Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification Requirements (All)
