Top-Tier Construction Safety Manager: Proven Expertise & Results-Driven Leadership Required .
Key Results Area 1 - Elevate the Safety Culture & Lead the Safety Program:
Develop and implement a comprehensive company safety program. Train team members and partners on safety measures, procedures, and habits necessary for a successful safety culture. Monitor, report, and correct safety habits among team members and partners. Conduct ongoing safety audits and training at all company job sites. Provide Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reports for current and upcoming projects. Update the safety program to align with company goals and requirements. Aim for zero injuries and claims for team members and partners. Key Results Area 2 - Monitor and Train on Regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, and Other Agencies):
Identify relevant regulations impacting field team members and develop compliance programs and procedures. Source and provide necessary training and certifications to meet company standards. Goal: Achieve zero regulatory fines. Key Results Area 3 - Accident Investigation and Corrective Actions:
Investigate all accidents, determine root causes, and adjust policies to prevent recurrence. Identify near misses, analyze root causes, and update policies accordingly. Key Results Area 4 - Supportive Role with Leadership and Management:
Collaborate with management to improve operations, including scaffolding design, power-line abatement, material handling safety, and logistics planning. Assist in equipment utilization and future requirements. Help solve client problems within budget constraints. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure zero damage to client property.
