Under the direction of the Energy Manager, the resource will be part of a team involved in the utilities management of the industrial plants, support, training and improvement of the energy management system according to the local legislation. The resource will be also directly involved in the reporting of the existing Energy Performance Indicators of each production plant and in the preparation of the energy efficiency action plans. CORE ACTIVITIES

Responsibilities include: Monitoring the energy usage across the organization, mapping and continuously update the energy performances indicators (EnPI). Define action plan for energy consumption reduction according to Company targets and coordinate energy efficiency actions. Develop and continuously improve the methodology for energy consumption reduction in line with the existing continuous improvement roadmap Directly dealing with the factory energy, utilities and technical teams in order to improve the energy monitoring system. Report to the Manufacturing Director, the energy consumption performances of the Company and support the company in strategic decision by simulation the impact of different scenarios. Improve the existing reporting system, developing a Digital Energy Reports to collect information from all departments involved. Proactively screening and propose innovation of energy technologies to be applied in industrial processes. Prepare formal proposals for new projects, including projected costs and energy savings. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements include: Degree/Master in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Management Engineering. 2–4 years of experience in energy-related projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive and initiative-driven. Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-functional teams and motivate to learn Good Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

Preferred qualifications include: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. Basic experience with SQL and database management, proficient Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, QlikSense appreciated).
