AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Senior BizOps Engineer (Hybrid) for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in O'Fallon, Missouri. The position is Onsite/Hybrid - Employee needed on site 2-3 times a week. Only qualified Senior BizOps Engineer's located in O'Fallon, MO to be considered due to position onsite requirements. The initial assignment length is 13-Months, Temp to Hire possibility. Compensation is between

$52.00 - $55.00 hourly. Benefits include

Position Summary: Client is looking for a Senior BizOps Engineer for optimizing business operations by developing scalable processes, improving system efficiencies, and driving cross-functional initiatives. Collaborates with engineering, product, and business teams to implement automation, monitor key metrics, and enhance overall operational performance. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, along with experience in cloud infrastructure, data analysis, and process optimization. The Candidate will work on the following initiatives and will perform Testing tasks such as: Must have knowledge of supporting java-based applications running on PCF, AWS, or any similar cloud platform. Responsible for monitoring and vulnerability management (viz. Patching, CERT renewals, Security etc.) for all our application servers. Responsible for change/release management, creating deployment strategy for new services and performing code deployments as per release cadence. Responsible for incident & problem management, tracking RCA for critical issues and driving them to closure. Should have deployment expertise using CI/CD pipelines and configuration management expertise using Chef etc. Must have exposure to monitoring tools (like Splunk & Dynatrace). Must have strong SQL knowledge and with exposure working on Oracle or Postgres Database. Good to have some knowledge of supporting applications using any messaging platform (Axon, Broker, Kafka etc.) Fast Troubleshooting skills needed. Strong ITSM knowledge is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is preferred. Should be a fast learner and motivated with the ability to work independently.
