Sr PGD Engineer - Operations Support (Flare/VAM projects)

Position Specific Description
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and KPI’s.
Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
Provides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issues
Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
Originate, review and sign project documentations as operator representative
Review Verification documentation and ensure accuracy of ER documentation to meet verification schedule
Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience
Working experience as a technical project manager or operations support engineer on a variety of small-to-medium scale projects
Strong engineering background with a solid understanding of energy or chemical process development. Specific experience with Coal Mine Methane treatment is a plus.
Experienced at interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams in executing assigned projects (i.e., Originations, Development, Permitting, HS&E, Business management, Operations, Construction, Commissioning and Operations)
Exemplary presentation skills
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and subcontracting)
Familiarity with power and gas industry standards and equipments
Familiarity with managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) on assigned projects.
Familiarity with Compliance Offset Protocols
