Dental Associates of Northern Virginia is looking for a Part-Time Patient Service Representative in Annadale, VA, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. This part-time position is Tue and Thu. Responsibilities
Customer Service; acknowledge, greet patients upon arrival and dismissal Respond to patient questions and concerns according to DCA Policies Answering telephones Scheduling appointments Maintaining and confirming the appointment book Follow up on no-shows/cancellations Register patients on sign-in sheet Post charges and payments to patient accounts Check voicemail daily Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients Qualifications
Experience in a dental, medical, or health-care office is preferred Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus Experience answering telephones Exceptional customer service skills What we offer
