Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. No robots here, just real people helping real customers. Verify and update customer information in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. Support Technicians with checkouts and record updates. Respond to chats and emails as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success. Job Requirements
Proven experience providing excellent customer service by phone. Strong multitasking skills; handle calls while maintaining detailed notes in the CRM. Positive, customer-focused attitude and clear communication style. Ability to think independently, problem-solve, and leverage available resources. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
