, you'll play a critical role in building the foundation of our GTM strategy. You’ll lead the charge in helping automotive dealerships

modernize operations

increase sales velocity

: onboarding, product adoption, engagement, renewals, and growth across your portfolio Develop and execute a comprehensive

client success strategy

to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across our

US client base Drive measurable improvements in

Net Promoter Score (NPS), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) Reduce Time to First Value (TTFV)

by setting clear implementation goals and success milestones Proactively manage

customer health

through data, insights, and regular business reviews (MBRs) Identify and close

upsell/cross-sell opportunities

in collaboration with Sales Act as a trusted advisor to clients

, helping them leverage Spyne’s AI platform to meet their business goals Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support)

to resolve issues, gather feedback, and deliver world-class service Keep all activities and progress updated in CRM and CS tools to maintain

data visibility and forecasting accuracy What We’re Looking For

1–3 years

of experience in

B2B client-facing roles

(Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting). SaaS or automotive retail experience is a strong plus. Proven success in

retention, renewals, and account growth

with US-based clients. Strong interpersonal skills

— able to build trust and rapport across senior stakeholders. High business acumen with the ability to communicate technical products with clarity and confidence. A self-starter who takes ownership, works with urgency, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. Comfortable working flexible hours
