Schedule:
Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 1 weekend/month, 1 on-call shift/week
Compensation:
$85,000 – $130,000 annually
+
$6,000 in bonuses during first year of employment

Qualifications:
3+ years of clinical RN experience; home health preferred
Strong documentation, care planning, and assessment skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
