Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, completion of pediatric dentistry residency program or certificate in pediatric dentistry, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Virginia. Dedication to Excellence:
