Project Engineer - US, Ohio - 12 Months Initial Contract This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn. Responsibilities
Research and collection of back up information. Verifcation of cost, time, quantities and efficiencies. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Regular site inspections and progress meetings. Address issues or concerns that arise during construction. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Managing project documentation and reporting. Skills and Experience
Requires mid-level experience in construction management with emphasis on reporting, documentations and data processing or experience of other project management. (Pharma project experience preferred). Knowledge of construction processes, terminology and sequences. Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret data to identify issues and trends. Strong written/verbal communications and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting multiple individuals and prioritize tasks/assignments. Knowledge of project management software and tools and ability to learn and adapt to new proprietary systems.
