As PU Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, leading a talented team and transforming strategy into results. If you're passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.** What You’ll Do*** Lead and execute the plant’s production and business plan* Drive improvements in **OEE**, safety, quality, and productivity* Champion **lean manufacturing** and continuous improvement initiatives* Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship* Collaborate across departments to solve problems and spark innovation* Manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes* Ensure compliance with **EHS** standards and regulatory requirements* Control operational spending and support Kanthal’s green goals** What You Bring*** Proven experience in **production or operations management**, preferably in industrial or thermal heating manufacturing* Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills* Expertise in lean principles and process optimization* Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Engineering**, or equivalent experience* Excellent communication, adaptability, and strategic planning abilities* A passion for safety, quality, and driving measurable results** Work Environment*** Fast-paced industrial setting with exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment* PPE required in production areas* Collaborative, multicultural team environment* Opportunities to work with advanced manufacturing technologies** You’re Authorized To*** Represent Kanthal internally and externally* Stop any activity that threatens our **Zero Harm** and **Right-From-Me** policies* Lead with integrity and uphold our ISO QEHS standards** Be Part of Something Bigger**Join a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
