What You’ll Do Lead and execute the plant’s production and business plan Drive improvements in OEE, safety, quality, and productivity Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship Collaborate across departments to solve problems and spark innovation Manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes Ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulatory requirements Control operational spending and support Kanthal’s green goals What You Bring Proven experience in production or operations management, preferably in industrial or thermal heating manufacturing Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills Expertise in lean principles and process optimization Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience Excellent communication, adaptability, and strategic planning abilities A passion for safety, quality, and driving measurable results Work Environment Fast-paced industrial setting with exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment PPE required in production areas Collaborative, multicultural team environment Opportunities to work with advanced manufacturing technologies Authorized To Represent Kanthal internally and externally Stop any activity that threatens our Zero Harm and Right-From-Me policies Lead with integrity and uphold our ISO QEHS standards Be part of something bigger.
