Advanced Practice Provider
to join our compassionate
Palliative Care
team at
Indiana University Health Medical Group

Carmel, Indiana . Position Details: Full-time, Day-Shift Monday-Friday, no weekends or call 100% inpatient No procedural requirements Team includes 8 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers Responsibilities: Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management. Qualifications: ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification
