Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Project Management Specialist to support Digital Engineering PLM Team in Everett, WA. This role is to lead Project Management efforts in BCA Digital Engineering PLM Development and Sustaining Projects. Will support the team with cross functional integration and planning activities with Programs, Functions, and Organizations across BCA teams.

Looking for a proactive leader who can use their judgement to work productively in an ambiguous and changing SOW environment. PM’s leadership will guide the team to performing the work on time while meeting all the quality expectations. The PM will be expected to develop standard Project Plan templates that incorporate the lessons learned from previous experiences. Experience in SaFe Agile Scrum Master roles and ability to apply proven Project Management methods in both Development and Sustaining projects is crucial.

Position Responsibilities

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years’ experience in Aerospace

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

5+ years’ experience in Aerospace

Associates degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level $93,500 - $126,500

Summary pay range Senior $115,600 - $156,400
