Boeing Global Services (BGS) is hiring for an Experienced and Senior-Level OMP Project Management Specialist at our Seattle, WA location. The OMP Team delivers customer‑specific optimized maintenance solutions that provide great value to global commercial and military customers. We provide the best maintenance intervals based on customer historical fleet data and utilization, leveraging Boeing's maintenance program engineering know‑how to deliver a customized program for each airline customer’s maintenance operation.
Position Responsibilities
Project planning, revenue scheduling, SOW development, and proposal writing.
Ensure statement of work, costs, resource allocation, risks, and schedule are clearly defined at proposal stage.
Forecast revenue targets and assess impact on revenue based on pipeline plans.
Work across multiple cross‑functional organizations; coordinate Sales, Contracts, Proposal, Pricing, Estimating, and Finance support to OMP.
Lead weekly OMP status meetings to address comments and concerns related to the OMP work statement.
Provide technical publication focal support for recurring and non‑recurring projects and deliverables.
Maintain delivery of record data files and the technical data library.
Oversee the process library SharePoint.
Maintain payment and revenue spreadsheet template that tracks customer agreements on payment and revenue recognition schedule.
Work on‑site five days per week.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study.
4+ years’ experience in a Project Management role.
Proficient in Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience.
Experience with commercial and/or military aviation.
Aircraft Maintenance Program Engineering experience; especially maintenance program development and fleet support.
Maintenance Review Board, MSG‑3, and Industry Steering Committee background.
Experience working directly with customer and regulators on maintenance program approval.
PMP certification.
Proficiency in Asana, Trello, Jira, Wrike and other project management software.
Proficient in Adobe Frame Maker Application.
Experience using technical manual authoring tools for maintenance programs such as SMITS and eMod.
