large-scale projects $50M+

in value. Direct experience supervising Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) projects. Willingness to relocate or already live in Salt Lake City, UT. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Proven ability to manage and coordinate large subcontractor teams. Excellent scheduling, quality control, safety leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills with both crews and project stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day on-site leadership for large WTP/WWTP projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries on complex, multi-phase projects. Lead daily safety meetings, enforce compliance, and maintain a proactive safety culture on-site. Oversee detailed reporting, including daily logs, progress updates, and coordination with project management teams. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and owners to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
