Senior Project Manager – Colorado
Base pay range: $130,000.00‑$180,000.00 per year.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Colorado team in Golden, CO, to help lead high-value, technically complex infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on the region’s communities. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction, specifically focused on Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.
Proven success managing projects ranging from $10M–$100M+ in value.
Strong understanding of treatment process systems, mechanical and concrete construction, and plant startup/commissioning.
Ability to lead preconstruction planning, estimating, scheduling, and cost control with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Skilled in subcontractor management, contract negotiation, and client relations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding project teams and collaborating across departments.
Proficiency in construction management software, project reporting, and documentation.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Golden, CO; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Lead all phases of WTP/WWTP construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
Oversee cost, schedule, and quality performance, ensuring project goals are achieved or exceeded.
Direct project teams—including project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors—fostering collaboration and accountability.
Manage client relationships and maintain communication with owners, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review drawings, specifications, and design changes to identify risks and develop proactive solutions.
Drive compliance with company safety policies and regulatory standards on all project sites.
Forecast manpower, budgets, and schedules, and ensure accurate project reporting.
Mentor junior project management staff to support company growth and long-term success.
