Regional Infusion Services Director - New York Region
Vivo Infusion is searching for an experienced and dynamic sales leader with a background in Healthcare and/or Pharma to help drive our presence in New York. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of this mission, building and leading a high-performing sales team to expand our reach and grow our business strategically. The Regional Infusion Services Director is responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists within a defined geographic territory. This role is critical in driving regional growth, fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The Director will serve as a key liaison between field sales, clinical operations, and executive leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered infusion services. The Regional Infusion Sales Specialist will work remotely 40% and can expect to travel consistently within their supported region up to 60% of the time. New York Primary Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists. Set performance expectations, forecast yearly sales budgets, monitor progress and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategic Sales Execution Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals. Identify market opportunities and guide the team in expanding referral networks. Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners to support co-promotional initiatives and territory planning. Market Development & Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, referral sources and pharmaceutical partners. Represent Vivo Infusion at regional conferences, events, and strategic meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Operational Excellence Partner with internal teams including Clinical and Patient Care Navigation to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Trella Health) to track performance metrics and maintain accurate records. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing field-based sales teams. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving regional growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors. Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn or experience working with CRM software. Experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty exceptionally.
