Serves homeless individuals with chemical dependency issues who are seeking to reunite with their children. Provides transitional housing, on-site substance abuse treatment, services for special needs children, and case management to assist participants in achieving goals of completing CD treatment, obtaining stable housing, increasing skills and/or income, and strengthening family structure. Eligibility Requirements
Currently homeless Engaged in chemical dependency treatment Involved with child welfare/CPS/DCYF with a reunification plan in place Must have a Coordinated Entry Housing Navigator Fee Structure
Women pay 30% of income for housing if/when on A.F.D.C. Agency Info
Provides a Children's Domestic Violence Program, free parenting classes, emergency shelter for single women and their children, individual counseling, support groups, legal clinic, transitional housing for single women with CPS involvement and substance abuse, Shelter Plus Care supportive housing for single disabled individuals, rental deposit assistance program, and community volunteer opportunities.
