to join our Games team and help us serve our vibrant community of players while driving revenue and growth opportunities. We’re seeking a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. If you’re passionate about building large-scale game operations, data-driven decision-making, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this could be your next big adventure. Key Responsibilities Own Promotional Planning:

Design and execute engaging day-to-day in-game promotions aligned with revenue and player engagement goals Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Economy, Product, Creative, Analytics, and LiveOps teams to build and deliver high-impact campaigns. Operational Execution:

Manage the full lifecycle of promotions—from planning and asset coordination to live deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Performance Analysis:

Track KPIs, analyze player behavior, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and player retention. Experimentation & Optimization:

Drive continuous improvement by testing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and innovating around promotional tactics and mechanics. Player-Centric Thinking:

Use segmentation and personalization strategies to improve outcomes and create more compelling, tailored player experiences. Strategic Reporting:

Present outcomes, learnings, and next steps in structured reporting formats to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Monetization Manager in the mobile gaming industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with creative, technical, and analytical teams. Independent and self-motivated—able to own projects from start to finish. Fast learner with a high level of curiosity and initiative. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity, personalization, or analysis. A “can-do” attitude with a proven ability to get things done. A blend of creative thinking and structured execution. Bonus Points For Proficiency in SQL or other data query tools. A demonstrated interest in consumer behavior in digital entertainment or free-to-play games. Experience with LiveOps tooling, A/B testing frameworks, or CRM systems. Passion for gaming, especially social casino or casual mobile titles. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
