About the Role

To ensure the uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement of CNC and automated manufacturing systems through expert-level troubleshooting, control programming, and hands-on support. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC electrical/control issues (boards, drives, HMIs, relays, etc.). Write, modify, and optimize PLC ladder logic (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Program and support robotics systems (Fanuc, Kawasaki, Yaskawa). Configure and troubleshoot HMIs, VFDs, and I/O networks (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus). Integrate automation into machining cells and support new equipment installations. Act as a bridge between maintenance and engineering teams. Support continuous improvement and automation expansion initiatives. Required Experience & Skills

5–10 years in a machining or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong background in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Experience with CNC machine tool controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mori Seiki, Murata). Robotics programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc TP, Kawasaki AS/Block Step). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Comfortable with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic VB.NET/VBA/C++. Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology. Experience with CNC retrofits and automation integration. Familiarity with safety protocols for live electrical work. Additional Details and Benefits
