Architect/Project Manager – Education/Municipal/Civic

Hasenstab Architects is seeking a Project Manager specializing in educational, civic, and municipal projects. This is an in-person role with the option to work from any of our offices in Akron, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 10+ years of experience designing educational (K-12 or higher education), civic, or municipal projects Experience developing construction documents and specifications Understanding of Revit Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members Responsibilities: Lead the project planning and coordination process from concept through completion Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Manage construction administration, including contractor questions and RFI responses We offer an excellent working environment, competitive salaries, generous benefit packages, and opportunities to give back to the community.
