The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for leading and managing US and India locations. The ideal candidate is an expert in NOC and Incident Management with experience using tools like PagerDuty or Everbridge. You must be a self-starter managing multiple tasks simultaneously, taking ownership of deliverables from start to finish, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do
Manage US based technology teams for Windows, Network, and Helpdesk Lead Incident Management project with 24x7 NOC employees based in India Respond to and lead technology outages with a high sense of urgency Oversee the Hybrid cloud architecture including AWS, Azure, and On-Prem Develop and present cloud strategy and utilization reports to IT Executive Leadership Team Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance with cloud security protocols Responsible for assisting with creating and managing annual IT budget Collaborate with legal department to process vendor contracts, NDAs, and order forms. Provide training and assistance to employees whose jobs require interaction with the cloud-based services Stay abreast of new technologies, services and trends in cloud landscape which improves performance and/or save costs The Experience You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related technical discipline OR 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 10+ years IT experience demonstrating growth and mastery of key technologies 3+ years of experience in Incident Management 3+ years of experience in a lead or manager role Proven experience leading international teams Proficiency in cloud security to protect data and systems in the cloud Able to participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure High level of enthusiasm and energy; professional demeanor Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, a sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment Your Well Being
