The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physicians ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members. Position Highlights
Established and busy skilled nursing facilities, flexible hours and no weekends. Mainly see new admissions and support Advanced Practice Providers. Call schedule is via telephone and chart from home. 1-4 facilities with Advanced Practice Provider support. Facilities located in both Illinois and Missouri. Strong provider team with 4 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. Compensation & Benefit Highlights
First 2 years on guaranteed salary. CME Allowance and days provided. Signing Bonus available. Quality bonus available after 2 year guarantee. Residency stipend available. Student Loan Assistance available. Comprehensive benefit package. Malpractice and tail coverage provided at exit. PTO available.
