This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday at our North Waco facility!
Responsibilities The CT Technologist Trainee will learn to perform a variety of standard and specialty Computerized Tomography (CT) procedures with accuracy, utilizing radiofrequencies, time varying gradients and a high magnetic field, producing quality studies under supervision. Apply the profession's code of ethics in all aspects of practice. Maintain knowledge of, observe, and enforce the safety measures in Environment of Care. Demonstrate competency performing routine CT exams within six months of commencement of the MRI training program.
Qualifications
Current, valid ARRT certification in your modality
Georgia license (or ability to get one) is required
Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology
Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use
Organized, detail oriented, observant
Calm and effective communicator
Helpful, patient and sympathetic
