Our client is a systems integrator who has a history of success dating back to the mid-1970’s. They are searching for an experienced Controls Engineer to join their team. They are a full-service control systems integrator, and you will have the ability to work on a wide variety of projects for clients in several different industries. You will receive great base compensation along with an annual bonus and great benefits.
Main duties include:
Research, develop, and design electrical components, equipment, and systems PLC and robotic programming, development Coordinate large projects and typically direct a team of several technical professionals Keep track of all project costs and stay within budget Work with contractors/customer to oversee and assist the control system installation Analyze product and equipment specifications and performance requirements Provide technical information related to manufacturing or processing techniques Servo and motion control development Travel to customer site locations approximately 25% of the time Provide end-user training Qualifications include:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience Prior experience with PLC, HMI programming and development Servo and motion control experience Project management background Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar function Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time Must be able to work independently Highly analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Please apply or send us a copy of your resume to
