Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and mentor the sales team

Drive business growth, maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the electrical controls and automation sector

Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, and closing

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver successful customer solutions

Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics

Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, but not required

Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in electrical controls, automation, or systems integration

Technical understanding of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control, and industrial automation solutions

Able to travel regionally to meet with customers

Strong leadership and development background

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
