• Perform installations, maintenance, and after-sales support for products including X-Ray Fluorescence spectrometers, Single Crystal, and X-Ray Diffraction systems. • Demonstrate ability to analyze, diagnose, and repair complex equipment problems efficiently. • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external customers. • Use standard electronic test equipment proficiently. • Operate and utilize personal computers effectively. Qualifications
• M.Sc. in Physics or Material Science, or B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics. • 2-4 years of previous service experience installing and repairing complex electronic systems. • Experience with XRD/XRF is advantageous. • Strong technical skills related to analytical instrumentation. • Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 and pharmaceutical compliance. • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to scientists with advanced degrees. • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, MS Office, and technical data presentation. • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and ability to explain technical issues simply. • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. • Willingness to travel approximately 70-80% as required.
