Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to drive energy solutions. If you can provide expertise and solutions to customers in your territory to assist with energy management, increase production, operate safely, and reach sustainability goals, join us in the North Carolina market. Key Responsibilities
Call on end users to support sales efforts and deliver solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with distribution channels through planning and technical training. Develop and monitor the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution. Generate sales exceeding forecasts, supporting market share growth. Implement activities aligned with organizational strategic goals. Cultivate customer relationships to foster repeat business. Work with your Area Manager to develop a Top 25 account list within your territory. Assess sales potential, prioritize accounts, and develop market penetration plans, including cold calling and canvassing. Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services via informal sessions and formal presentations. Provide accurate and timely quotations and expedite orders as needed. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future business opportunities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of outside sales experience selling technical or industrial products, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in delivering “boardroom” style presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license compliant with company policies. Familiarity with and residence in the North Carolina market.
