DONLEY FORD OF SHELBY is looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service. Responsibilities include performing repairs on specific orders and diagnosing vehicle issues.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs needed and provide time estimates.
Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair (B level preferred).
Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer literacy.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
