Facility/Building Maintenance Technician

to ensure the ongoing upkeep and functionality of our building. This role includes performing routine maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that facility supplies are fully stocked. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, basic plumbing). Monitor and maintain inventory of essential supplies (e.g., coffee, first aid, cleaning materials). Communicate with and coordinate vendors for supply deliveries and service needs. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas. Keep maintenance logs and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and report larger issues to management.
