Data Analyst Assistance Job at Meador Staffing Services in Houston

The Pasadena Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with an international Chemical Manufacturing company to bring a Temporary Bilingual Junior Reporting Analyst to their team. This is a HYBRID role!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data collection and management: Collect, enter, and organize data from various sources.
• Data cleaning and validation: Verify and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support and collaboration: Assist Senior Regional Accountant with their tasks and collaborate with other teams to understand data needs and provide support.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for data processes and methodologies.
• Reporting and visualization: Create Ad-Hoc reports to visualize data for others.
• Data analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis, identify trends and patterns, and troubleshoot data issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, data visualization, and basic statistical analysis.
• Accounting knowledge a plus.

SCHEDULE:

• HYBRID
• 2 Days at home/3 in office (May change occasionally depending on work load)
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• PAY:$24/hour
