Community Health Systems is seeking a Remote Recruiter to support nurse recruiting for our East Tennessee health systems in Jefferson City, Newport, and LaFollette.

This role is remote for daily recruiting activities, but candidates should live within a commutable distance to these health systems to attend local hiring events, job fairs, and other planned events and special occasions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing roles, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates.
• Represent CHS at local job fairs, career events, and other on-site functions.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare or nurse recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reside within commuting distance of Jefferson City, Newport, and LaFollette health systems.
