Location: Knoxville, TN (In-Office)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $20-$21 per hour + Bonus

NURSEFirst, LLC is seeking an experienced, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! We need a go-getter who can hit the ground running with minimal training—someone skilled in filling local and regional RN and Allied Health contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong ability to source and place RNs and Allied Health professionals in fast-paced contract roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including those with medical licenses, through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
• Negotiate job offers and collaborate with hiring managers to finalize placements.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize ATS and other tools to track applicants and manage recruitment workflows.
