HR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA
• Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments
• Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
• Handle performance management and professional development
• Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs

Requirements:

• Licensure / Certification: PHR / SPHR certification preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
