About the Role

As the HR Representative at SurveyMonkey, you will oversee immigration and global mobility programs, ensuring a smooth, compliant experience for our global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all aspects of SurveyMonkey’s immigration program, ensuring full compliance with evolving global immigration laws.
  • Manage and improve end‑to‑end global mobility processes, including international assignments, temporary travel, transfers, and relocations.
  • Serve as the primary adviser and point of contact for immigration and relocation needs, collaborating closely with employees, managers, and external counsel.
  • Oversee all visa petitions and work permits, working with external counsel to ensure timely and compliant filings.
  • Partner with relocation vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices and managing program budgets.
  • Track and report on mobility program metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to the broader HR team with operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, and/or compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification.
  • Experience with employment law and its application in a global context.

Compensation

The base pay ranges from $61,455 to $72,300 per year, depending on geographic market and full‑time schedule. Actual base pay is based on market location, job‑related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
