ESFM® USA is hiring: JANITOR (FULL TIME) in Garland

Overview

JANITOR (FULL TIME) role at ESFM® USA. Location: GM Garland Training Center - 3635 Shiloh, Garland, TX 75041. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings clean and orderly. Perform heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Follow the eight-step cleaning procedure and sanitize all surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors; move equipment and furniture for cleaning and place back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and completes all tasks as assigned by supervisor; performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Rotating Fridays; travel to the Coppell site from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; return to Garland for regular shift. More details upon interview.
• Fixed pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
