About the Role

The Wealth team seeks an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the relationship management efforts of the firm’s US wealth business. The Executive Assistant plays an integral part of our client‑facing efforts within the Client Group, providing dedicated support to a number of client facing professionals. The EA also works closely with other assistants in the group and on their team to meet the needs of the business. This position works with the US Wealth team on a day‑to‑day basis but is also part of the Client Platform’s broader administrative team.

Responsibilities

  • High volume of meeting coordination including Outlook meeting requests, conference room booking, security clearance, catering
  • Event and onsite management
  • Proactive calendar management
  • Database maintenance in Salesforce
  • Expense reimbursement
  • Travel coordination
  • Assistance with preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials
  • Presentation preparation and distributing materials
  • Diligent coverage of email
  • Assistance with a variety of department and team projects

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Prior experience in administrative support
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong service orientation; reliable, consistent, proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment, prioritizing effectively
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Solid work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to use good business judgment and maintain confidentiality

Benefits

Base salary range: USD 55,000 — 100,000. The range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including skill sets, role, skills, experience, certifications, and education. Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Additional rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/or Incentives. Comprehensive benefits include retirement plan, health and wellbeing, dental, vision, pharmacy coverage, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, commuter program, employee assistance program, life and disability insurance, adoption assistance, back‑up childcare, tuition/CFA reimbursement and paid time off.
