Overview

Territory Manager - Atlanta West at BD. You will be responsible for attaining sales goals established by the Company within the designated territory, increasing sales of current accounts, establishing new accounts, and presenting, educating, and providing in-services on BD’s products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sells the entire product line to current and new accounts.
• Advises customers of pricing, back orders, and company policies.
• Executes comprehensive in-service training of products to all concerned individuals.
• Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
• Achieves timely, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
• Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports in accordance with procedures and policies.

About you

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• Minimum two years outside sales experience or equivalency
• Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Peripheral Intervention products
• Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits
• Detailed understanding of needs/analysis selling
• Understands contract administration

Work Environment

BD prioritizes on-site collaboration; minimum of 4 days in office per week to maintain our culture of excellence. Remote or field-based positions will have different arrangements as indicated in the job posting.
