Responsibilities

• Exceed guest satisfaction with a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude and hands‑on leadership
• Motivate staff and manage labor and cost control
• Inspect restaurant, observe staff and guests to ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations compliance
• Maintain accurate paperwork: daily sales summaries, petty cash, payroll records

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full‑service, high‑volume restaurant management experience
• Extensive front‑of‑house knowledge and advanced financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 – USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
