Responsibilities
Exceed guest satisfaction with a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude and hands‑on leadership
Motivate staff and manage labor and cost control
Inspect restaurant, observe staff and guests to ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations compliance
Maintain accurate paperwork: daily sales summaries, petty cash, payroll records
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of full‑service, high‑volume restaurant management experience
Extensive front‑of‑house knowledge and advanced financial acumen
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
Pay Range USD $70,000.00 – USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
