Responsibilities

• Execute complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership
• Facilitate critical stakeholder meetings and provide on-site project leadership
• Apply financial acumen to meet client goals and manage project budgets

• Monitor project financials and progress using exceptional data interpretation skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience related to project or construction management
• Retail construction project management experience required, with retail bank branch experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling
• Exceptional data interpretation skills for monitoring project financials and progress
• Strong understanding of the real estate life cycle and proven ability to collaborate across disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Banking/financial institution project management experience
• Experience with retail construction/interior buildout projects
• Proficiency in project management technology tools with a commitment to continuous skill development
• Leadership experience in diverse, supportive, talented team environments
