Minimum 7 years of relevant experience related to project or construction management Retail construction project management experience required, with retail bank branch experience strongly preferred Demonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling Strong working knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings along with furniture and space planning concepts Exceptional communication skills with the ability to support project teams through influence and advice How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
