Consumer Digital Solutions Manager

About the Role The successful candidate will deliver a re‑imagined consumer digital solutions portfolio that enhances business performance and end‑user experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage consumer‑centric insights, and oversee the implementation of digital strategies to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Lead new product development and life‑cycle management from ideation to launch, including end‑of‑life planning.
Conduct rapid prototyping and pilot emerging technologies to validate viability before full‑scale rollout.
Stay current with Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare industry, and digital health trends to inform product design and planning.
Act as Voice of Customer to shape personas, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization for web, mobile, and connected devices.
Design user journeys that address pain points, unmet needs, and optimize touchpoints balancing clinical value, feasibility, and business impact.
Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products and excellence in user experience.
Expand omni‑channel communication tools and campaigns to strengthen our mobile‑first strategy.
Implement analytics and measurement capabilities to build reporting dashboards.
Serve as SME in internal training and external client demos, resolving consumer and client challenges.
Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and launch plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, operations, and external agencies.
Model and cultivate behaviors that achieve business success, including collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
Qualifications Education and Experience
BS/BA and 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2 years as subject‑matter expert in related areas.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and business applications such as Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
Key Skills and Abilities
Analytical and critical thinking with solid decision‑making ability.
Collaborative cross‑functional project experience and stakeholder liaison.
Client‑service focus and effective communication (verbal, written, listening).
Time management, adaptability, and ownership of service commitments.
Problem‑solving, reasoning, and logical application of mathematical concepts.
Language proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting technical and business documentation.
