Multi-Unit Team Leader Hrly at H&R Block (in-person role; not remote). Flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season, transitioning to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed. Role leads three H&R Block tax offices, providing leadership to customer-centric teams and accelerating seasonal tax business. Responsibilities

Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices, guiding customer-centric teams to grow the seasonal tax business. Front-line manager for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience and achieving office growth objectives for three offices. Lead daily team meetings, communicate essential information to tax office associates, and create associate work schedules across all offices with accurate timekeeping and labor management. Travel between offices as required. Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment. Qualifications and Experience

People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates. Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading toward a growth-oriented culture. Strong decision-making and judgment skills; able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Computer proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Preferred/Additional

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits as described above. Pay Range $15.00 - $40.00/Hr.
