Responsibilities: Ensure compatibility of SSD products across various systems, OS, hardware, and feature sets. Oversee test execution, data analytics, debugging, and triaging. Design tests for firmware-implemented SSD features. Automate test plan development using Python frameworks and libraries. Explore and recommend improvements to SSD validation, including test coverage, strategies, and processes. Collaborate with process owners, firmware developers, and validation engineers to improve products and processes. Report and monitor test results for product qualification. Serve as the validation subject matter expert for customer requirements and industry certifications. Review and challenge current test plans to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Implement validation approaches for better coverage and testing accuracy. Lead product test cycles utilizing technical and project experience. Develop validation strategies and define test cases to verify system requirements. Coordinate with product design for test case development aligned with FW and HW architecture. Determine PASS/FAIL criteria based on cycles, statistics, and temperature. Support shift-left testing efforts to detect failures earlier. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in system design engineering or related roles. Experience in: Enterprise SATA & PCIe SSDs, NAND, and enterprise storage. Firmware analysis in Windows & Linux systems with ASIC/FPGA design. Embedded C and object-oriented programming. Data analytics. Linux and Windows OS. SSD triaging and JIRA. Compensation:
