You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions. The clinical nurse is a professional Registered Nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients using the nursing process in accordance with the standards of professional nursing practice. The clinical nurse performs in the professional role as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA); engaging in activities related to ethics, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality improvement, leadership, collaboration, professional practice evaluation , resources utilization, environmental health, and patient advocacy as appropriate to clinical nursing practice. Salary range: $56.63-$84.19 Hourly Job Qualifications
We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with: BSN or MSN
required 2 years ICU experience
required BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
required Ability to push, pull, lift, up to 35 lbs. Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
